Sylvia Lam Engineer, Systems Analysis Branch Satellite Division International Bureau Federal Communications Commission Washington, DC 20554 August 20, 2003 Ms. Lam: In reference to File Number SES LIC 20030702-00913, Call Sign EO30148, with regard to your letter to Peak Uplink, Inc dated July 25, 2003, requesting the submission of affidavits from all affected adjacent satellite operators due to our 2.4-meter C-band antenna. We respectfully request an extension of the August 25, 2003 deadline. Although we immediately initiated endeavors to obtain the requested affidavits, due to the number of satellite operators involved, it is taking more time than anticipated. All parties involved are confident that they will be able to furnish us with the affidavits within the next two weeks. Therefore, if you would be kind enough to grant us an extension of the deadline to September 15, 2003, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Kinga A.
