Dear Ms. Dortch:

       AvL Technologies (“AvL”), by its undersigned counsel, respectfully submits the
following supplement to its above-referenced pending application for earth station
authorization.

       AvL hereby requests that the following antennas be removed from the above-
referenced application: AvL TF 750 (.75m), AvL TF 960 (.96m), and AvL TF 1000 (lm).
All antennas listed in the above-referenced application are now larger than 1.2m in diameter,
and comply with Section 25.209 of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. 0 25.209 (2002),
regarding 2 degree spacing.

      AvL hereby withdraws its Letter to the FCC regarding this application, dated July 30,
2003. See Letter of James L. Oliver, President of AvL Technologies, to Sylvia Lam,
Engineer, FCC, dated July 30, 2003. As stated in the original application, AvL requests
ALSAT authority for the remaining antennas in the above-referenced application.
