New International Fixed−Satellite C−band transmit/receive earth station to provide uplink and downlink services via certain satellites in the AOR on a common or non−common carrier basis. Intelsat LLC will also provide downlink services in the 3650−3700 MHz band on a secondary basis. Exh.
