New International Fixed-Satellite C-band transmit/receive earth station to provide uplink and downlink services via certain satellites in the AOR on a common or non-common carrier basis. Intelsat LLC will also provide downlink services in the 3650-3700 MHz band on a secondary basis.Exh. A-H
