Due to the economic situation, we are no longer pursuing the teleport business as of 2001. We had contacted FCC in October 2007 to cancel the license verbally with the FCC Help Desk, but apparently it was not cancelled at that time. During the entire year of 2008, we thought that the license had been cancelled until we received this notice of payment. We are asking for a waiver on the payment for 2008.
