The engineers that I need to help me prepare a response have been on business travel all this week and Bob Hanson's off to Geneva for ITU-R meetings all of next week. The deadline in the letter (which I never actually received in hard copy) is April 12. Could we please have 10 more business days to respond? That is, until April 22?
