FCC 312 Question 42(a) November 1999 EXHIBIT 1 - STATEMENT REGARDING SECTION 25.137 This application seeks authority to utilize the following non-United States authorized satellites: INTELSAT 701, INTELSAT 702, and INTELSAT 802. These satellites are currently in orbit, are operational, and the international coordination process has been completed. Accordingly, pursuant to Section 25.137 of the Commission=s rules, PacAmTel LLC hereby certifies that the financial and technical information with respect to these satellites specified in Section 25.114(c)(5) through (11), (17), and (18) is not required to be included as part of this application for authority to utilize these satellites.
