Thanks, Mike Simpson Acting as the FCC recognized coordination group for Broadcast Auxiliary Services frequencies, authorized and regulated under Part 74D, FCC Rules & Regulations, we respond to your request for frequency coordination: Microwave Channels 2042 Mhz. and 2052 Mhz. - Located within Broadcast Auxiliary Service 2 Ghz. ENG Channel 4. Real-time coordination with KDFW TV-04, Dallas, Texas will be required. Prior to transmitting, please contact KDFW’s Satellite abd ENG Control Center at 214-720-3222. Please supply a complete schedule of your proposed operations. Subject to the conditions listed herein, your use of the above frequencies is considered to meet the guidelines requiring “prior frequency coordination with the local frequency coordination committee”, pursuant to FCC rules and regulations Part 74.24 and 74.832 and the STA you propose. The use of any other frequency covered under Part 74 is specifically NOT APPROVED as it could cause harmful and unacceptable interference to others. As you are well aware, ALL itinerant use of Part 74 frequencies is on a secondary, non-interference basis to primary users. SBE Chapter 67, Inc., its frequency coordination committee, officers, and members, make absolutely NO guarantee of performance, suitability, or interference-free use of any frequencies. Local broadcasters retain priority on their own licensed frequencies. Your operations must be immediately suspended upon notification of any perceptible interference to primary users. You must provide us with an on-site emergency technical contact number.
