PetroCom License Corporation Request for Surrender of Call Signs IBFS Surrender Authorization Exhibit 1 Explanation for Request for Surrender of Authorization PetroCom License Corporation (“Licensee”) hereby submits the attached request to surrender the authorizations associated with the earth stations bearing the call signs E990090, E990423, and E990140. Because the earth stations are no longer necessary for our operations, Licensee seeks to cancel the authorizations. Licensee respectfully asks that reference to FCC action on this request appear in a regularly-issued Public Notice.
