On behalf of Telesat Canada, indirect parent of FCC licensee Loral Skynet Network Services, Inc., this letter is to inform the Federal Communications Commission that the name of Loral Skynet Network Services, Inc. has been changed to "Telesat Network Services, Inc." This change results from an alteration in the legal name of the entity without any change in its organizational form. Telesat Canada hereby respectfully requests that the records of the International Bureau, including those maintained in the International Bureau Filing System (IBFS), be updated to reflect this change. Counsel to Telesat Canada also will update the FCC's CORES database to reflect this change. We also request that the licenses listed below be associated in the FCC's records with the FRN identified below.
