This corporation was dissolved as of 12/17/03 and a copy of the articles of dissolution is attached for your convenience. We have been advised by the representatives of the corporation that notice was provided to the FCC that all of the seven licenses issued to Paradigm Media, Inc. were no longer needed prior to or at the time of the dissolution. Subsequent to the dissolution, we have received requests for payment from the FCC and have responded that, to the best of our knowledge, all of the procedures necessary to notify the FCC that the corporation would no longer use the licenses had been completed. However, on August 7, 2008, we were advised by FCC representatives that, although the FCC can locate proof that the other six call signs in the possession of Paradigm Media, Inc. were surrendered in a timely fashion, it cannot find any record of notice on the above—referenced callsign. The only records retained by our office regarding the dissolved corporation are the employment documents which are required to be maintained for a specific period of time in compliance with state and federal requirements. All other records were either destroyed at the time of closing of the business or during the normal course and scope of our firm‘s file retention procedures. We do not have access to any copies of the correspondence surrendering the seven call signs although we received a verbal assurance from the representatives of the corporation at the time of dissolution that all callsigns had been surrendered, and FCC records do reflect the other six call signs were properly surrendered.

8/8/2008 Page 2 We have no method of determining why the seventh callsign remains on the FCC‘s active list. If this was an omission or oversight on behalf of Paradigm Media, Inc. during the difficult days of closure and dissolution, we would assure the Commission that, if this was the case, such omission or oversight was accidental and not intentional. Thus, based on Section 23.161(c) of the Commission‘s rules as set forth below, we hereby respectfully request the termination of this callsign license, that the FCC would cause its records to reflect the surrender of this license and a waiver of any and all unpaid charges and fees attributed to this callsign: § 25.161 Automatic termination of station authorization. A station authorization shall be automatically terminated in whole or in part without further notice to the licensee upon: (c) The removal or modification of the facilities which renders the station not operational for more than 90 days, unless specific authority is requested.
