                                  Request to Correct FRN Association

         Dear Ms. Dortch:

WPXI, Inc. ("WPXI), the licensee of receive—only earth station call sign E3009 holds
two FRNs. The first FRN, 0014361083, is used in conjunction with the operation of television
         station WPXI(TV), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The second FRN, 0017616251, is used in conjunction with the operation of another
commonly—owned television station, WJAC—TV, Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

Receive—only earth station, call sign E3009 is used in conjunction with the operation of
WJAC—TV, Johnstown, Pennsylvania. While preparing to renew the license for E3009, the
licensee discovered that this earth station is associated with the FRN of the Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania operation instead of the FRN of the Johnstown station.

Accordingly, WPXI respectfully requests that earth station E3009 be re—associated with
the FRN used in conjunction with WJAC—TV, FRN #0017616251 so that it can file its renewal
priorto expiration of its current license, which is April 29, 2011.

The licensee confirms that there has been no change in ownership of WPXI, Inc.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned.

                                                                   Sincerely,
