PLEADING TO CORRECT RECEIVE-ONLY EARTH STATION SITE INFORMATION To Whom It May Concern: Reference earth station registration for Falcon Community Cable, L.P. FRN 0001530849 Call sign: E2578 in Baker, OR The actual NAD83 coordinates of this active station, from Google Earth, are: 44° 45’ 59.6” N Latitude 117° 51’ 30.4” W Longitude Elevation: 1136.3 meters (3728 ft.) The approximately 2,200-ft. discrepancy is due to a gross mis-calculation of the site coordinates, working from USGS Topographic maps at the time. The site has always been at this location and has not been moved. Registrant requests correction in the IBFS record.
