The Iiuiiarsnt representatives discussed the iniportance wid urgency of approving the pending Horizon atid P a s s BGAN STA applications to coinmunicate with Ituitarsat’s niobile satellite network. They emphasized that these applications have been fillly briefed, and raise no novel issues that differ from other applicants whose STAs have been approved, and noted the intended impoitaiil uses for the service by Horizon and iPass, as described in previous filings. They reiterated the points made by the applicants in their filings about the public interest benefits that approval of the applications would have for public safety, critical infrastructure, military, media and other tisers of the proposed services.
