("Arrowhead") hereby requests the Commission to update the entries in the IBFS for the C-band transmit/receive earth stations listed in Attachment A hereto to reflect that these earth stations are operated by the Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA"). Arrowhead seeks this relief pursuant to the Commission's letter, released June 15, 2006 regarding other earth station authorizations held by the FAA,1 and in order to ensure that the earth stations listed below, which are utilized to support FAA operations in Alaska in connection with the Alaska National Airspace Inter-facility Communications Systems ("ANICS"), are fully protected.
