Form 312 Assignment Application Attachment A-21 / Exhibit F The proposed assignee, pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement dated August 2, 2019, is acquiring substantially all of the assets of the assignor, including certain broadcast radio stations for which the E020023, E040178, E120250, E120251 and E960138 earth stations facilitates digital and audio data transfer. Approval of the E020023, E040178, E120250, E120251 and E960138 Authorization Assignment will enable the continued delivery of such data so that assignee can continue serving the public. For the above reasons, the assignment will serve the public interest.
