The SFLP limited partner, with a 99% share and voting control, is the Stephens Family Trust, by and through its co-trustees David P. Stephens and Tina Stephens. The SFLP general partner, with a 1% share and voting control, is the David P. Stephens Trust, by and through its trustee, David P. Stephens. David P. Stephens is also the manager of the proposed assignee.
