CCB License, LLC FCC Form 312 July 2019 Exhibit F This submission requests the consent of the Commission to the assignment of temporary- fixed earth station authorizations from Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. (“Nexstar”) to CCB License, LLC (“CCB”). These earth stations are used in the operation of television stations WISH-TV and WNDY, the licenses for which are also being assigned from Nexstar to CCB (see Media Bureau file number BALCDT-20190408AAR). The earth stations will continue to be used for the same purposes after their assignment. Accordingly, assignment of the license to CCB will serve the public interest. 1 {01328179-1 }
