Public Interest Statement Each Earth Station that is subject of this application is constructed and in operation. The continued operation of each Earth Station by the assignee would provide programming to ION’s group of commonly owned full service broadcast television stations nationwide. Accordingly, grant of this FCC Form 312 would serve the public interest.
