FCC Form 312 WKOW License, LLC Pro Forma Assignment of E970099 Exhibit E Description of Pro Forma Assignment Application The instant Form 312 application seeks authority for the pro forma assignment of the earth station license E970099 from WKOW License, LLC (“WKOW”) to commonly-owned KBJR License, LLC (“KBJR”). One hundred percent of the ownership interests in WKOW are held by WKOW Television, Inc., and one hundred percent of the shares of WKOW Television, Inc. are held by Quincy Media, Inc. (“QMI”). Similarly, one hundred percent of the ownership interests in KBJR are held by KBJR Television, Inc., and one hundred percent of the shares of KBJR Television, Inc. are held by QMI. Thus, the ultimate parent company in terms of both equity and control of both WKOW and KBJR is QMI. Material information provided in those Media Bureau ownership reports remains current as of the filing date of this pro forma assignment application. ***** 1 Lee Lindsay Curtis is now known as Lee Paige Lindsay. As of the date of this filing, however, the name of the Trust remains Lee Lindsay Curtis Grantor Irrevocable Trust.
