- On October 15, 2020, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved the sale of assets by Global Eagle Telecom Licensing Subsidiary LLC, Debtor-in-Possession, a wholly owned, direct subsidiary of parent company Global Eagle Entertainment Inc., to GEE Acquisition Holdings Corp., the parent company of GEE Licensing Holdings LLC (Assignee). See Attachment. The transaction was consummated on March 23, 2021. Accordingly, this application notifies the FCC of the assignment of the listed FCC registrations to the court-approved Assignee.
