Form 312 Assignment Application Attachment A-21 / Exhibit F For E950174 The proposed assignee, pursuant to a Donation Agreement dated June 28, 2019, is acquiring substantially all of the assets of the assignor, including certain broadcast radio stations for which the E950174 earth station facilitates digital and audio data transfer. Approval of the E950174 Authorization assignment will enable the continued delivery of such data so that assignee can continue serving the public. For the above reasons, the assignment will serve the public interest.
