E181239 Form 312 Assignment Application Attachment A-21 / Exhibit F The proposed assignee, pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement dated June 28, 2019, is acquiring substantially all of the assets of the assignor, including certain broadcast radio stations for which the E181239 earth station facilitates digital and audio data transfer. Approval of the E181239 Authorization assignment will enable the continued delivery of such data so that assignee can continue serving the public. For the above reasons, the assignment will serve the public interest.
