FCC Form 312 Attachment 1 Description of Transaction The instant application provides notice of consummation of the assignment of TVRO earth station E182011 from KRTV Communications, LLC (“KRTV”) to Scripps Broadcasting Holdings LLC (“Scripps Broadcasting”). The assignment was part of a larger two-step transaction that included as the first step the transfer of control of KRTV from Cordillera Communications, LLC (“Cordillera”) to Scripps Media, Inc. (“Scripps Media”).1 Immediately upon consummation of the transfer, the FCC authorization was assigned to Scripps Broadcasting, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scripps Media. 1 On April 4, 2019, the Media Bureau granted the applications for transfer of control of the Cordillera licensee companies to Scripps. (See DA 19-259, Lead File No. BTCCDT-20181109AAK). Pro Forma assignment of each licensee to Scripps Broadcasting was granted April 5, 2019. (See File No. BALCDT-20181113ABF, et al.)
