FCC Form 312 Exhibit F FCC Form 312 Schedule A, Question A21 Exhibit F Public Interest Statement The instant application seeks FCC consent to the assignment of the license of satellite earth station E000143 (the “Earth Station”) from KDAF, LLC (“Assignor”), a subsidiary of Tribune Media Company (“Tribune”), to KSTU, LLC (“Assignee”), which is also a subsidiary of Tribune. Assignor is the licensee of television station KDAF, Dallas Texas and Assignee is the licensee of television station KSTU Salt Lake City, Utah. Assignor currently utilizes the Earth Station to support its broadcast television operations and, if approved, FCC consent to this application will enable Assignee to utilize the Earth Station to support its broadcast television operations. Accordingly, consent to this application will serve the public interest by allowing Assignee to use the Earth Station to provide important broadcast programming, including local news and other items of the community interest to the residents of the Salt Lake City area.
