STATEMENT OF OWNERSHIP Assignee is a nonprofit, tax-exempt church organization. There is no private or personal ownership interest in Assignee, and no directors, officers, individuals or companies own more than 10% of Assignee. All assets are held for charitable purposes. As explained in the previously submitted Exhibit F, Assignee (TBN) is a national broadcast group owner of television stations and this assignment will permit the transmitting and receiving of inspirational and public service broadcast programming and content in the Chicago DMA and the national (for all TBN and TBN affiliated stations; approximately 40 stations). As reported in its most recently filed ownership report, File Number 0000058427, filed July 18, 2018, the Officers and Directors of Trinity Christian Center of Santa Ana, Inc., the proposed Assignee, are: Matthew W.
