Form 312 Exhibit F Description of Transaction and Public Interest Statement On April 4, 2016, the Commission granted the assignment of certain broadcast TV licenses, including KHGI-TV, from Pappas Telecasting of Central Nebraska, LP to KHGI Licensee, LLC. 1 The transaction was consummated on May 1, 2016. The assignment of earth station E070126, which is used in the operation of KHGI-TV, was also consummated on May 1, 2016. However, a Form 312 Notification of Assignment of Receive Only Earth Station was inadvertently not filed with the Commission at that time. Grant of this application is in the public interest because it will allow earth station E070126 to continue to be used in the operation of its associated broadcast station. 1 See File No. BALCDT-20151103BCF.
