Westwood One, Inc., Debtor-in-Possession FCC Form 312 Schedule A, Question A21 Exhibit F This Form 312 Application is being filed pursuant to the Joint Plan of Reorganization of Cumulus Media Inc. and its debtor affiliates pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (as amended, modified and supplemented from time to time, the “Plan”)1 pursuant to which Cumulus Media Inc., Debtor-in-Possession (“Cumulus”) and certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries will emerge from bankruptcy as reorganized entities (Cumulus as so reorganized, “Reorganized Cumulus”). As stated in Exhibit E to this application, satellite earth station E990283 is licensed to Westwood One, Inc., Debtor-in-Possession (“WWO”). By filing this application, WWO has requested Commission consent to assign the license for the earth station from WWO to Westwood One, Inc. upon approval of the Plan and consummation of the reorganization. WWO submits that a grant of this application would serve the public interest because it would enable the proposed assignee to continue to operate satellite earth station E990283 to facilitate network broadcasts to the public and thereby serve the public interest. 1 In re Cumulus Media, Inc., et. al., Case No. 17-13381 (SCC) (Bankr.
