QueenB Television of Texas, LLC FCC Form 312, Schedule A Exhibit F This application seeks FCC consent to assign the earth station license E040468 (the “Earth Station”), from Saga Quad States Communications, LLC (“Saga”) to QueenB Television of Texas, LLC (“QueenB”). The Earth Station is licensed for video communications in connection with Saga’s operation of KAVU-TV, Victoria, Texas. The proposed assignment is part of QueenB’s proposed acquisition of stations KAVU-TV, KVTX-LP, KMOL-LD, KUNU-LD, KQZY-LP and KXTS-LD all located in Victoria, Texas. For more than 70 years, QueenB’s parent company, Morgan Murphy Media, has employed many talented individuals to help our broadcast stations provide award-winning local news, programming and information to communities in small- and medium-sized markets in Washington, Wisconsin, Idaho and Iowa. In this transaction, QueenB looks to expand Morgan Murphy’s tradition of service to new communities, including Victoria, Texas. The FCC’s consent to assignment would allow QueenB to use the Earth Station as part QueenB’s broadcast service to provide valuable programming to the Victoria, TX community, including local news, public affairs, weather and emergency information. Accordingly, grant of this FCC Form 312 and the assignment of the Earth Station from Saga to QueenB would serve the public interest.
