Each licensee LLC is owned by a separate LLC (respectively: WTXL, LLC and WWSB, LLC). Those LLCs are all, in turn, owned by TV-3, LLC. TV-3 LLC’s owner and sole member is Raycom TV Broadcasting, LLC. The owner and sole member of Raycom TV Broadcasting, LLC is TV Stations Holdings, LLC. Raycom Media, Inc. (“Raycom”) owns 100% of TV Stations Holdings, LLC (77.41% directly, with the remaining interest held indirectly, through Liberty TV Group, LLC, a single-member LLC whose sole member is Raycom). The Employee’s Retirement System of Alabama and the Teachers’ Retirement System of Alabama (each an instrumentality of the State) hold Raycom’s outstanding nonvoting preferred stock (Series F) and common stock warrants.
