Application Description: The instant Form 312 serves to notify the Commission of the assignment of receive-only earth station license, E865001, from Harrisburg Television LLC to WHTM Acquisition LLC. The associated transaction was consummated on September 2, 2014. As the Commission is aware, in 2014, Harrisburg Television, LLC sought and received consent to assign its full power television station, WHTM-TV, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, FAC ID 72326, and its transmit/receive earth station, E960045, to WHTM Acquisition LLC, as controlled by Media General. See FCC File Nos. BALCDT-20140625AOV, SES-ASG-20140821-00667 and SES-STA-20140821-00669. The transaction was consummated on September 2, 2014. In addition to E960045, Harrisburg was the licensee of receive-only earth station E865001. Due to an administrative oversight, the post-consummation assignment notice for E865001 was prepared but not filed with the Commission following the September 2014 consummation of the Harris to WHTM/Media General transaction. Recently, Media General sought and received Commission consent to transfer control of its FCC licenses to Nexstar Media Group, Inc. See FCC File No.SES-T/C-20160310-00208. That transaction was consummated on January 17, 2017. The September 2014 oversight was only recently discovered, and accordingly, Nexstar respectfully requests that the Commission accept the instant notification and update the earth station license to reflect WHTM Acquisition LLC.
