FCC Form 312 Application for Pro Forma Assignment of Earth Station License Question A.21 EXHIBIT F Public Interest Statement As described in Exhibit E, this application concerns the pro forma assignment of earth station license E050348 from USSecurenet, LLC (“Assignor”) to MVS USA, Inc. (“Assignee”), both U.S. companies. Both companies are controlled by Deborah Defaa, a U.S. citizen. Commission consent to the pro forma assignment is in the public interest. Specifically, FCC grant of the application will serve the public interest by modifying the Licensee’s ownership structure for business and tax reasons without any substantive change in ownership. 1 Licensee requests that grant of the application be conditioned upon continued compliance with the agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of Homeland Security posted as of January 9, 2009 on the FCC’s website link for IBFS File No. SES-LFS- 20051123-01634. 1 The reorganization described in Exhibit E occurred December 31, 2016, and also relates to the pro forma assignment of the international Section 214 authorization held by I-Linx that is subject to post-consummation notification.
