FCC Form 603 Exhibit E December 2016 Description of Transaction This application seeks FCC consent to the pro forma assignment of the wireless authorizations (the “Authorizations”) that are the subject of this application from Greater Media Inc. to Beasley Media Group, LLC as part of an internal corporate restructuring. Both the assignor and the assignee are subsidiaries of Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. As demonstrated in the charts below, both before and after the consummation of the proposed transaction, Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. will continue to control the Authorizations.
