Both entities have an American citizenship. SageNet of Tulsa, LLC is a manager-managed limited liability company with the manager being the CEO, Daryl Woodard. A-21 Exhibit F. Public Interest Statement Effective as of March 1, 2017, Spacenet Services License Sub, Inc. will be dissolved and all of its assets, licenses, title, and interest shall be assigned to and assumed by SageNet of Tulsa, LLC. SageNet of Tulsa, LLC is asking for the transfer of licenses so that we can continue to provide our services once Spacenet Services License Sub, Inc. is dissolved.
