FCC Form 312 Schedule A, Question A21 Public Interest Statement West American Finance Corporation (“WAFC”) is has acquired the license of KCSG(DT), Cedar City, UT (Facility No. 59494). KCSG uses the earth station authorization, Call Sign E040466, File No. SES-LIC- 20041213-01826 in connection with its operation. FCC Form 312 seeks authorization to transfer control of the earth station to the transferee. No change in the operation or use of the earth station will occur as a result of the grant of this proposed transfer of control of the license to the transferee. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by the expeditious grant of the application.
