FCC Form 312 Assignment of License Exhibit F Page 1 of 1 Assignment of License By this application, Pacific Lutheran University (“PLU”) seeks FCC consent to the assignment of the license for domestic fixed C-band satellite earth station E030293 to Friends of 88.5 (“Friends”). This application is submitted in connection with the assignment of license application for noncommercial educational radio station KPLU-FM, FCC Facility ID 51199, from PLU to Friends, as granted in FCC File No. BALED-20160706AAM. Satellite earth station E030293 is used on a noncommercial educational basis in connection with noncommercial educational station KPLU-FM. This assignment will serve the public interest by transferring the satellite earth station license with its parent FM broadcast license to allow the new licensee of the radio station to continue to utilize the satellite earth station in connection with the provision of noncommercial educational radio programming in the Tacoma area.
