FCC Form 312 Exhibit F EXHIBIT F FCC Form 312 Schedule A, Question A21 Public Interest Showing The instant application seeks FCC consent to the assignment of the Domestic Satellite Earth Station license used in connection with WSLS-TV, Roanoke, VA (the “station”) from Media General Communications Holdings, LLC to Graham Media Group, Virginia, LLC. The satellite earth station is used for newsgathering and coverage of events of interest to the station’s local community. A Form 314 application is being filed with the FCC’s Media Bureau for consent to assignment of the station. The satellite earth station authorization identified in this FCC Form 312 application is used in connection with the operations of the licensee’s television station, and no change in the operation or use of the satellite earth station authorization will occur as a result of the grant. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by prompt consent to this application. DC: 6085214-1
