Exhibit A This application seeks FCC consent to the transfer of control of the earth station license(s) identified at Item A8 of FCC Form 312 Schedule A (the “Earth Station”), from Computer Sciences Raytheon (the “Transferor”) to L3 Communications IEC (the Transferee”). The Earth Station(s) are used to support Government operations at their respective locations. The Transferee will continue to use the Earth Station in the same manner and for the same purpose as before the transfer of license. Accordingly, grant of this FCC Form 312 would serve the public interest.
