The licensee for this facility filed an application for pro—forma assignment of the license from WTVH License, INC. To WTVH License, LLC. I don‘t know if your bureau has been made aware of this, but due to an incompatibility issue between the auction software and the CDBS electronic database, the FCC instructed us to ‘assign‘ the FRN of the current license, which was WTVH License, INC. (FRN # 0006583298) to the new licensee, which is WTVH License LLC. Accordingly, when I prepared the application, | used the FRN of what is now the ‘new‘ licensee as applicant. The application appears to still be in a ‘received‘ status, and I am writing to check the status of it and to make certain you do not need any additional information from us in order to process the notification.
