ATTACHMENT F RESPONSE TO ASSIGNEE QUESTION #A21 PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT In connection with the assignment of television licenses from West Virginia Media Holdings, LLC to Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. (WOWK-TV BALCDT-20151211ATT; WBOY-TV BALCDT-20151211AAU; WTRF-TV BALCDT-20151211AAV; WVNS-TV BALCDT- 20151211AAW), the instant application seeks Commission approval to contemporaneously assign two transmit/receive satellite earth stations (E060309 and E030214) from West Virginia Media Holdings, LLC to Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. These satellite earth stations are used for satellite news gathering with the television stations presently licensed to West Virginia Media Holdings, LLC. Grant of the instant application will ensure the continuity of satellite news gathering upon completion of the television station license assignments.
