Exhibit F This application seeks FCC consent to the assignment of licenses for the temporary fixed satellite earth station licenses for the Call Signs listed below and shown in Item A8 of the FCC Schedule A. The assignment of licenses is from Live On Site, LCC (the “Assignor) to Broadbandspot Comm, LLC (the “Assignee”). These earth stations are used for temporary fixed operations for various customers operating from various locations throughout the United States and its territories. The purpose of these operations is to provide coverage of news gathering, sporting events and other events of interest to both local and national communities. The Assignee will continue to use these earth stations in the same manner and for the same purpose. Accordingly, grant of this Assignment of Licenses will serve the public interest.
