Exhibit In Response to A21 The current licensee, Interactivation Health Networks, LLC., is wholly owned by Mag Rack Entertainment, Inc. The instant application seeks a pro—forma change so that the licensee would be Mag Rack Entertainment, Inc. Mag Rack Entertainment, Inc. is owned 50.5% by Joe Covey and 49.5% by Matthew Davidge & Associates, Inc. Since this is a pro—forma assignment to an entity which has been passed upon by the Commission, the grant of the application would be in the public interest as it will allow the continuation of the existing service.
