EXHIBIT F The parties request consent to the assignment of licenses of receive-only earth Stations E900465 and E940040 in connection with the transfer of the license of public Station WXEL-TV from the assignor to the assignee herein as proposed in File No. BTCEDT- 20150713ABW. Consummation of the transaction will serve the public interest in the continued provision of public television service.
