Exhibit F ILERI, Inc. Public Interest Statement Pursuant to the foregoing application, ILERI, Inc., ("ILERI") seeks Commission consent to the assignment of non—common carrier, temporary fixed earth station call signs, E110055 and E130153 (the "stations"). ILERI is a television news agency and broadcast services provider and will utilize the stations to provide broadcast services and news to the public, including information regarding emergencies, disasters and/or incidents, such as criminal activity, that directly affect the public. Therefore, Commission consent to the assignment will serve the public interest, convenience and necessity.
