3201 Dickerson Properties LLC FCC Form 312 July 2015 PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT This application seeks Commission consent to the assignment of earth station licenses E960050, E960073, E960108, E960109, and E970010 (the “Licenses”), from NorthStar Studios, Inc. to 3201 Dickerson Properties LLC. The Licenses are used in television and production services, including disaster recovery services for various networks. Following Commission consent to, and consummation of, the proposed assignment, the Licenses will continue to provide such services without interruption to the viewing public.
