FCC Form 312 – Exhibit F May 2015 The satellite earth station that is the subject of this application is currently used by television station KITV(DT), Facility ID No. 64548, to facilitate its broadcasts to the public. This application is being filed in connection with an FCC Form 314 broadcast application requesting consent to assign the licenses of station KITV(DT) and its satellite stations KHVO(DT) and KMAU(DT) from Hearst Stations Inc. to KITV, Inc. Grant of this application will allow KITV(DT) to continue to use the satellite earth station that is the subject of this application to facilitate its broadcasts to the public. The parties to this application respectfully submit that the assignment proposed in this application will serve the public interest, convenience, and necessity. 334876
