Exhibit F Page 1 of 1 Item A21: FCC Form 312, Schedule A Public Interest Statement for Assignment of License This application seeks FCC consent to the assignment of the license of Domestic Satellite Temporary Fixed Earth Station E080207 from Monaco Financial, LLC, to Harb Production Services LLC. The transportable earth station is currently being used to provide coverage of news, sports and entertainment programming. Harb Production Services LLC has purchased the transportable earth station and intends to also use it for satellite news gathering, as well as sporting and entertainment event coverage. Since the earth station will continue to provide services, which will inform the public as to current events of the day, the public interest would be served by FCC grant of the assignment of license.
