Re: Consent to Assignment, FCC File No. SES-ASG-20141230-00923 --
                  Notice of Consummation

Dear Ms. Dortch:

This letter provides notice to the Commission that the acts necessary to effect the transaction
contemplated in the above-captioned consent to assignment were completed on February 10, 2015,
shortly after notice of grant of the requested assignment.1 In addition, as contemplated by the consent, the
authorization previously held by Enlaces Integra, S. de R.L. de C.V., earth station network Call Sign
E070238, has been delivered to its successor entity, Axesat Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (“Axesat”) , along with
the associated consent to assignment.

Although the submission of this notification was delayed somewhat by translation issues, the
unique characteristics of the Mexican corporate filing and publication process and other logistical factors,
it nonetheless has been submitted consistent with the consent to assignment and Commission policies, and
consummation of the transaction occurred well within the time frame specified in the consent. 2

Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned with respect to this matter.

                                                            Respectfully submitted,

                                                            Carlos M. Nalda
On behalf of Axesat Mexico, S.A. de C.V.

1
See Public Notice, Report No. SES-01723 (Feb. 4, 2015).
2
To the extent necessary to process this notice, Axesat requests waiver of 47 C.F.R. §25.119(f), which
contemplates notice filings within 30 days of consummation. Because the timing of this notice was
primarily due to the unique circumstances associated with the foreign corporate filing process and no
adverse consequences would arise from processing the notice in this case, the public interest would be
served by accepting this notice.
