Exhibit F Schedule A FCC Form 312 Clarity Telecom, LLC Public Interest Statement Through the instant Application, the Applicants notify the Commission of the assignment of the receive-only earth station registration with the call sign E970192 from Knology of the Plains, Inc. to Clarity Telecom, LLC (“Clarity”) in connection with an Asset Purchase Agreement, dated June 12, 2014, between Clarity and Kite Parent Corp. (a subsidiary of WideOpenWest Finance, LLC (“WOW!”)) and Knology of South Dakota, Inc., Knology of the Plains, Inc., Knology of the Black Hills, LLC, Knology Community Telephone, Inc., and Black Hills Fiber Systems, Inc. (together, “WOW! South Dakota”) (the “Transaction”). Pursuant to the Transaction, Clarity acquired certain assets of WOW! South Dakota used in the business of providing residential and commercial cable television services, VoIP telephony, local exchange and interexchange services, and high speed Internet services in the states of South Dakota, Iowa and Minnesota. The Transaction closed on September 30, 2014. Consummation of the Transaction was transparent and has had no adverse impact on consumers. The assignment of the earth station registration serves the public interest, convenience and necessity, allowing Clarity to continue to provide high-quality communications services to its customers without interruption. In addition, the Transaction raises no competitive issues. Clarity will continue to compete with other local providers in the local and long distance markets, as well as in the video and broadband markets.
