WSET Licensee, LLC FCC Form 312 August 2014 Ex. F WSET Licensee, LLC (“Assignee”), the proposed assignee, seeks Commission consent to the assignment of licenses, transmit/receive earth station E980337 and receive-only earth station E860191 (the “Earth Stations”), from WSET, Incorporated (“Assignor”) to the Assignee. The Assignee is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Assignor. The Earth Stations are used in the operations of the commonly owned and operated television station WSET-TV (the “TV Station”), which serves the community of Lynchburg, Virginia. The Assignor and Assignee are concurrently filing a Media Bureau pro forma assignment of license application, on FCC Form 316, seeking consent to the pro forma assignment of the TV Station license. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application.
